JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring a Software Engineer III to join the AI/ML Data Platforms AI Research team located in Jersey City, Hudson County. In this capacity, your core mission involves building and shipping production-grade artificial intelligence solutions at a global scale. Day-to-day work focuses on designing Python-first platforms and building Generative AI applications, which include autonomous agents. You will be responsible for transforming complex research concepts into secure, highly scalable products. Additionally, you will drive automation efforts across cloud environments utilizing modern CI/CD methodologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You will partner directly with AI Research (AIR) and Machine Learning Center of Excellence (MLCoE) teams to establish and influence how artificial intelligence is engineered, integrated, and deployed across the entire enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Python-first platforms and Generative AI applications, including agents
- Transform AI research into secure and scalable production products
- Automate workflows across cloud environments utilizing modern CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Partner with AIR and MLCoE groups to shape firm-wide AI building and deployment strategies
Requirements
- Software engineering experience with a focus on building production AI at scale
